Black Mountain Minerals is a Southern African resource development company. We identify mineral assets, engineer and build the plants that process them, operate production where it makes sense, and trade the finished product into international markets. Our footprint runs from our 2,000 m² fabrication base in Brits, through operating chrome plants across the Bushveld Complex, into active projects in Zimbabwe, and into the copperbelt of the DRC.
BMM identifies the resource, develops the asset end-to-end — roads, civils, mining, plant — and delivers it to the client. Client retains ownership and revenue.
BMM funds and develops the asset, controls the offtake, and pays a royalty to the land or claim owner. We operate. We trade. We share the upside.
